ISO CERTIFICATION COURSE

We have partnered with Profesa, LLC to develop a professional certification series focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion using the ISO 30415 guidance standard for D&I.

You may be asking, what is ISO? ISO is the International Organization for Standardization. These are global standards for trusted goods and services. Standards that define what great looks like, setting consistent benchmarks for businesses and consumers alike - ensuring reliability, building trust and simplifying choices.

The ISO 30415 standard provides organizations with diversity and inclusion guidelines, including the principles, practices, methods, processes and approaches that support the D&I values of equity, fairness, equality, inclusivity, respect, integrity, and valuing the person.

Our certification series provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of not only the ISO standard, but how to apply its concepts to their daily activities, business practices and strategic plans. We discuss responsibilities, recommended actions, measures, and potential outcomes.

After completing the 7 courses, participants will be able to confidently apply what they have learned to their organization. This includes scaling to the size and current & future needs of the organization as well as customizing to the type of organization.
